Justice as the Ultimate Goal of Criminal Law: General Theoretical and Methodological Contexts

This article aims to identify the key theoretical and methodological challenges associated with justice in criminal law find possible ways of overcoming them. Using main principles social philosophy theory law, relationship between content were considered. It was demonstrated that must be pursued as an ultimate goal positive including law: is a qualitative state relations when every person can fulfill their potential paid according public benefit from work, senior positions are held depending on level expertise, experiences, meritorious service. Criminal defines what activities criminal, well specifies penalties correct convicted person’s behavior prevent future crimes.
